We have many principles with Customers, we follow the customer from the receiving to delivery and most importantly the customer's trust and satisfaction, we apply all the warranties and all the recalls by the manufacturer and apply more training to get the high training technician.

When do you think the stock availability with being normalized again?

Within the new year will become better, and we will get more stock for our brand.

Are you surprised that hybrid vehicles are very popular in Iraq, with Corolla Cross?

No, because the name Corolla is very popular, and the hybrid became acceptable in the Iraqi market, especially after the environment changes the understanding of the importance of hybrid.

Do you think people will buy other models with Toyota hybrid technology?

Yes, now we have a good demand for HIGHLANDER and Camry.

Cihan Motors has a long history in the Toyota business, how much impact did Cihan Motors have to make it the most popular brand in Iraq?

We started in 1998 to sell new Toyota Vehicles in Iraq after the embargo, and officially from 2004, we had challenges learning the customer the warranty and original parts by manufacturing and handling the Customers according to brand value to make a difference with the brokers, also improving all the specs to be matching the Iraqi customers, to avoid the Vehicles from GCC.
